FVRMA,
the Florida Vacation Rental Managers Association, is a statewide association
formed to meet the professional needs of those companies and professionals who
rent and manage resort, vacation and other short-term rentals. Our Association
benefits our membership providing a consolidated voice representing our members
on regulatory and other issues vital to survival in this industry. Our mission
is to increase and enhance our members' awareness of their industry through
education, marketing, industry networking, professional ethics and political
involvement in all aspects of the tourism industry.
However, FVRMA is so much more!
FVRMA provides the consumer - those interested in securing quality vacation
rentals - the security of knowing that our members are professionals who adhere
to a code of ethics, are aware of the latest trends and opportunities for the
vacationing public and can provide dependable, clean and quality properties
resulting in memorable vacations! Professional rental managers promote and
protect the interests of rental property owners and treat customers fairly and
honestly in all aspects of business and service. They do not misrepresent or
conceal pertinent facts regarding rental properties nor deny equal professional
services to all.
Knowing a property is represented by a FVRMA Member provides both owners and
renters the security of a professional service maintaining the highest standards
in the vacation rental industry.
The Bottom Line: We deliver both expertise and high standards to our members,
our property owners and our clients.
Secure the services of those who can deliver results!
